First off, the number on my caller ID had 4127933055. The first time they called I did not get to the phone in time to answer, so I dialed the number back and got the message that this is an international call and further assistance would be needed to complete the call. The second time they called,I answered, and the man told me he was calling for the Post Gazette and I was in my grace period and I could save $5.00 by paying my bill now. I told him I tried calling this number back earlier when they called and it was an international call and he got sort of huffy and said it was not. I told him I would make the payment with the bill I received and he said, OK, if you aren't interested in saving $5.00. With all the fraud that there is, I wasn't about to pay over the phone and especially to a number that was said to be an international call.
